MySpace-Billy Bragg

Today’s news come to us via Digital Music News, who reports that MySpace has amended language on its site declaring the artists own the rights to their songs, images, etc.

Apparently, Billy Bragg had taken his MySpace site down recently to force MySpace to rework the somewhat vague language. Acccording to Digital Music News, the words now read “MySpace.com does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, “Content”) that you post to the MySpace Services.”
